  • The IEEE Xplore portal provides access to the complete offer of the IEEE/IET Digital Library (IEL). It provides access to over 3 million full-text documents from some of the world's most highly cited publications in electrical engineering, computer science, electronics, and ICT, including with valid IEEE – SA Standards. Full-text articles from 400 titles (200 currently accessible) of journals, discussions and reports, and conference proceedings from over 1,200 IEEE (Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers) and IET (Institution of Engineering and Technology) annual conferences from 1988 onward are accessible, as well as selected documents from 1893 onward. The IEL library allows viewing over 2,200 valid IEEE standards and provides access to full-text documents from over 3,100 conference proceedings and over 1,000 e-books. Access to the collection is limited to 11 users at a time.
