  • The Avery Index to the Architectural Periodicals collection contains bibliographic data with extracts from more than 700 American and international scientific and professional periodical literature as well as numerous other publications such as bulletins and catalogues of professional associations in the fields of architecture, landscape engineering, urban planning, interior design, and design and preservation of architectural heritage. This database represents a valuable source of more than 13,000 citation records for architects' obituaries. It covers the period from 1934 onward, individual titles are available from the beginning of their publication (American Architect from 1876 onward). It contains full-text articles when allowed by the publishers.
